Our Mission: Each one – Reach one!!!!
Freedom Recovery Enterprises, Inc. will provide the following programs (in conjunction with their needed housing and living resources) to aid and assist our applicants in becoming more efficient and effective assets, individuals and citizens in our community.
• Counseling: Providing mandatory enforced intense and therapeutic psychological counseling and career counseling programs. The counseling sessions will deal with each person on an individual basis and no outcome will be the same. To move forward we must know where we are and where we want to go.
• Testing: The applicants will be tested on the following: computer literacy, skills and needs assessments, alcohol & drug testing, background checks, GED testing, Georgia Work Ready program.
• Training: Life skills, resume writing, interviewing techniques, computer enhancement skills, job search and customer service.
• Coaching: Coaching & mentoring is mandated and will be provided on a regular basis to all applicants. We will provide coaching in life skills, child care, relationship building, educational direction, career path and the balance of life.
• Community Involvement will be a requirement of our program outline. All applicants will donate and devote 1 hour minimum with a nonprofit organization of their choice before they receive their certificate for the completion of the program.
Freedom Recovery Enterprises will provide motivational speakers on a regularly and consistently to maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Freedom Recovery Enterprises, Inc. will be receiving referrals and will be working in connection with the following organizations: Atlanta Metro Transitional Center for Women, Restoration Life Outreach Ministries, and Growing Discovery Ministries, Family Unification Network, the County Court systems and the Board of Pardons & Parole.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Renee D. Crayton is a graduate of Myers University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. With over 20 years of corporate and volunteer experience, Renee possess the skills, tools and resources necessary to lead the success of Freedom Recovery Enterprises.
Renee is currently married to a wonderful supportive husband that understands her ministry to help those women being released from prison or those that are economically disadvantaged and struggling to succeed from life’s negative circumstances. Her unique understanding and experience with the pros and cons of marriage coupled with having raised two young men who are prosperous and supportive, allows her to counsel individuals.
Renee is active in the community and volunteered with the Now Prison Ministry in Conyers, Ga for several years and continues to volunteer every month at the Metro Transitional Center for Women in Atlanta, GA.
